Re: Blank Solution Centre

Hi,

First make sure you have the latest Flash Player installed om your computer:

1. Open Internet Explorer and go to adobe's site:
   http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
   Note: Do not use any other browser as Chrome or Firefox so the Flash Player application will be installed for the OS itself.
2. Click Install Now and follow the screens to complete the installation.
3. Once the installation completes open the HP installation folder:
   
   If you used the CD - go to Computer, right click the CD Driver and click on Browse
   
   If you got the software from the web, type %temp% within the start menu search bar and open the listed Temp folder, then open the installation folder which will be named as HP or will begin with the 7Z characters
4. Open the Setup folder.
5. Open the SolutionCenter folder.
6. Locate the file named as SolutionCenter.msi, Right click on it and select Repair.
7. Reboot your PC and try launchung the Solution Center again.
