I have tried for what seems years ,to get back the Solution Centre from a blank white screen using the procedures outlined on the help pages, but its failed every time.
I have removed all the drivers and reloaded them but still no Solution Centre is visible, which means I can't use the scanner.
The scanner is working because I have done a diagnostic check, but I can't access it through the SC.
I am using Windows 7 32 bit.
I keep filling in the questionaires from HP at the end of each abortive session of down loading, which tell me how valuable my responses are, but nothing ever comes of my complaints.
They seem not to care as a company, unlike Virgin, whose engineer took control of my PC today and remotely spent over an hour sorting a problem satisfactorily.
