Thanks for getting me that information! With knowing your setup I have a better picture of what we need to do next.
At this point I would like to uninstall the software (you only need to follow Step one: Perform a level-three uninstall) and then once the software is completely uninstalled we can reinstall it. To reinstall the software I'd like you to use the HP Printer Install Wizard. You will need to download it and run it, and then it will essentially detect your printer and then download the proper software to install for you.
