Hi madalina,

 

I genuinely sympathize with your situation. Although the printer is not an HP, your computer is and I would be more than happy to see what is causing the issue. Please keep in mind that I am not familiar with the Lexmark software and drivers but I can help ensure everything on the computer such as the MSI installer is working. My suggestions are that of my own and not of HP.

 

Besides the hardware and sound error message asking you to troubleshoot the printer, are you getting any specific messages when you are trying to print?  Were you ever able to print successfully? Were there any changes to the environment recently? Are you connected with a USB?

 

Please let me know so we can begin troubleshooting.
