I am running Windows 8 and using Office 2013.
I have my C309a installed as a network printer.
I have my system configured in English with a Swiss German keyboard.
If I am working in Office 2013 (e.g. using Excel) and I select Print, then wish to change the Printer Properties (e.g.to enable Double Sided Printing), then I find that the Printer Properties Dialog is compeltely missing all text (no titles, no values in Combo Boxes, etc).
Normally when I print I am happy with the defaults available on Pressing print. If I select "Printer Properties" this takes me to the "Properties" Dialog. This has NO titles or values in the combobox drop-downs, though I note that some of the left hand items have strange characters (including Chinese) for the text box titles.
Selecting, say, the second of the top 4 tabs (which have no titles) takes me to a dialog containing Titles, but with empty comboboxes.
What is not correctly installed? (I have tried upgrading the printer software).
Obviously, this makes selecting options extremely tricky.
Any advice is appreciated.
