If your print program will still not install, try this:
Insert the Disk that came with your Printer.
Click START on the taskbar and then click RUN.
In the command box type the following:
X:Util\CCC\Uninstall_L3.bat
(X: is the CD-ROM drive letter of that the all-in-one CD-ROM is in)
After the software is completely uninstalled, reboot.
Then try to re-install the All-in-One Software again.
