hello and thankyopu for the reply but if these links are the ones i have tried anyway then i did go and click save anyway even thou it told me not to but then abbout half way through my security "norton" completly stopped it and then gave me 60 seconds to quit and save any work before it shut down completly. do you reconize this problem hope you do.
