Hi terbuxx,

Sounds like you may not have the laptops and the printer connected to the same network. Print out the network configuration page on the printer, and then compare the network SSID name with what the computer(s) show they are connected to. They should all be on the same network SSID, and have a simular IP address assigned. If the printer shows a valid IP address (192.168.1.???) you should be able to type the printers IP address into the address bar of Internet Explorer, and if it is communicating with the printer you will then get the EWS - Embedded Web Server of the printer in your browser window.

Example:

Network SSID name: Test 1

Router 192.168.1.1

Printer 192.168.1.100

PC 1 192.168.1.101

PC 2 192.168.1.103

The Printer Is Not Found During a Wireless Network Installation
