Re: HP Deskjet 1280 - Can't install driver

From the following link, I think this printer is around 8 years old, no formal drivers from Vista. Windows 7 may be able to find a basic driver for you to print:

Based on the following link, a compatible driver from Microsoft is there, no action required:

Have you tried to use Windows Updates to fix this ?
