Hi, Thanks for the response.
However, it did not resolve the problem. I did it twice, about 5 minutes apart.
Also checked for updates, no updates are indicated.

hi, my printer has stopped working. checked the power module and no light on it. Out of warranty. Any idea of where and what power cord need to buy to replace. serial number CN46D3F5MD.
Since the HP community forum 'system' kept this message from me for nearly nine months, it did not solve my problem, through no fault of yours.
The NTFS vs FAT32 or x32FAT, and any other obscure pallindromes was settled years ago with my H711n and only the FAT32, as natively formatted and received from USB companties is used.
Will be decoding the networking language as what you suggest seems logical and probable, however if an HP printer is 'seen' and works on a wired or a Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz wireless network, Cloud Print, WSD, (this is true with Windows XP SP3 as well as Windows 2000 Workstation before that.
Apparently according to both U-verse AT&T as well as Microsoft Technical support an issue with the locally congested 11 subchannels of the 2.4GHz band the one 2.4GHz band limitation of the HP radio receiver/transmitter severly constricts the systems flexibility and adaptibility. For example both the computer and the Wi-Fi extender are dual band, 2.4 GHZ and 5.0 GHz capable/compatible; my ISP will furinish a dual band cable modem at no cost.
As long as the FAT32 drives are seen and interact with these HP printers (which they do and are) I can unmount/dismount them from the printers and put them on a USB 3.1>2.0 compatible USB hub, or plug directly into one of the eight USB ports on my "new" (circa 04-2015; extended warranty 10-2015 when HDD replaced with WD 1TB, so the issue of being able to "see" and to "interact" with the USB drives docked directly into these two HP printers is moot, or like a priority of when everything else is updated, caught up, maintained, etc.
Thank again -- sorry your response was delayed from 12-23-2015 until 08-30-2015 by HP Community Forum System . I have no idea where its been, or how to do a trace, do you?

I purchased an Officejet 6830 Printer. Within a year it malfunctioned twice. The first breakdown was within the 1st month. I am now waiting for my second replacement. According to the delivery status, I was supposed to have received it by 8/12/16. However, I have not received the printer yet. Today is 8/30/16. Every time I contact HP, I receive excuses and empty promises. Meanwhile I am having to leave my house to pay for printouts and faxes. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Worst experience1
Intially, a windows 10 desktop on my network could no longer communicate with my ethernet-connected Officejet 7310 all-in-one. The desktop recognized the 7310 as a printer, but not as an all-in-one. I attempted to reinstall the software using the prescribed protocols, with no success. I decided to ignore the problem. The desktop could still use the 7310 as a printer, just not as an all-in-one. Plus, my two laptops could still use the all-in-one functions.
Today, for no apparent reason, the all-in-one functionality stopped working on my windows 10 laptops. When I attempted to scan a document, I got a message that said: "device installation on complete. Please attach usb cable or reinstall software." I am no longer able to reinstall the all-in-one software. Just as with my desktop, my laptops can use the printer function of the all-in-one, but cannot use the HP Solutions Center functions.
I have used the recommended protocols - uninstalling the 7310, running windows disk cleanup, running ccleaner registery cleaner, shutting down all the devices on the network except the 7310 and one laptop pc. Nothing works, despite several attempts on various pcs. I no longer can install the HP Solutions Center software on any of my windows 10, 64bit, PCs - either hardwired or wireless. The 7310 is essentially a 'brick', as it no longer functions as an all-in-one.
What can I do to resolve this problem?? Help.
I have been using a LaserJet II on XP (have an adapter for it) and now have a new computer with Windows 8.1. Is there any kind of a work around to make the LaserJet II work? Main thing is I have a LOT of toner for it already and wanted to use it up...
Hi
Thanks for your feedback.
Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

Let us know if that works!

Hi
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums with your inquiry.
I understand that you are curious if an HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer supports printing on A3+ paper when being used with a Mac running Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan. I would like to help.
I referred to the Printer Specifications for HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer and found that A3+ paper is not listed as a supported paper type, and is not able to be used with this printer. Does not matter if you are using Apple or Windows computers.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
In fact, if this helps you to reach a solution please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons down below in this message.
Thanks!
Hi and thanks. I got your note about ten days ago but haven't answerd because I have kept working on it. Noththing has worked, and I have tried all the sites and progrqms you mentioned, and all the things that are offered by my OS, which is windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit to no avail. The thing thatr eally gravels me is that this very same compter and supposedly software ran my printer just fine for many years.

I finaly wiped my disc clean and did a recovery. Well that involved all the updaes from Microsoft.
I finally did find my orinqinal disk for the printer but it won't run "setup". I know the driver is in there, likely in the "driver"directory. Whatever, the computer sees but cannot run my trusty old printer.
My conclusion is that Microsoft cut the driver out of the Win 7 OS. Any further suggestions would be welcome.

I've had my printer for 3 days. Been working fine. Sat down at my desk and noticed there was a blue background on my printer screen with a circle and a B89B0490. Had to pull the plug since power button wouldn't turn it off. Message came back on. Not connected anymore to the internet either.
Help!
Hi,
A driver for your printer is available via Windows Update.
Follow these steps to configure the printer on Windows 10:

Hi
The error do not come from your new 8620 printer, but from your previous 8600 printer...
From File Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the remaining Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the 8600 printer and the error should no longer appear.
